1- Exfoliate a week prior to get rid of any dead skin cells on your body.

2- Shave/wax areas at least 24 hours prior. No laser treatments!

3- Please shower before your appointment. You will not shower again till 24 hours after your treatment. 

4- Do not use moisturizer or perfume.

5- Wear clean, comfortable clothes, no jeans. 

6- If we are treating your bum, please wear a thong.

7- Have clean clothes ready that you can change into for the next 24 hours, including sleepwear and bath towels.

8- No working out the day off and 4 days after. 

9- Do not have caffeine the day off. You can have it after your appointment.

10- No alcohol 24 hours before or after your treatment.

11- No blood thinners or Advil before the appointment. 

12- Do not use numbing cream.

13- Eat!! Bring a snack. It is crucial you eat before your appointment. The treatment CANNOT be performed if you do not eat or are fasting.
